Inaugural Memory Walk a success

The first ever East Coast Hospice memory walk took place on Friday 6th July. Walkers really took to the spirit and captured the neon theme by dressing up in neon clothing and accessories – to light up the night in memory of a loved one. About 40 walkers took part and walked a 4km route

Chairman appeals for travellers to leave our site.

Jennifer said that she “wants them (the travellers) to have the decency to understand this is the site of a hospice. It does not matter who you are, we are all maybe going to need that hospice

Travellers set up camp on site

On Friday evening, travellers had managed to access our site on Sidegate Road and set up camp. The initial small group of caravans increased over the weekend to half a dozen caravans, vans and cars.
