We’re extremely grateful for all the support from Chris Harbord of FastBack Therapy to help us organise the first East Coast Santa Dash in aid of the East Coast Hospice appeal.

People of all ages & fitness levels can take part in this event on Sunday 17th December.  Woody Bear from Pleasure Wood Hills will be starting the 2k fun run at 10.30am. You can dash, jog, walk or skip a 2k along Gorleston promenade.  The entry fee includes a santa hat, a souvenir medal and a goody bag.  It would be fantastic if you’d like to get sponsorship for taking part in this event and raise more funds for the hospice appeal.  Click here to set up a Virgin Money Giving sponsorship page.

If you fancy a more challenging route, sign up to the 5k event along the Gorleston Cliff top and promenade area with professional chip timing by Nice Work. These participants will also be awarded santa hats, medals and goody bags and there are trophies and prizes for the fastest male, female and vets.

Our thanks go to:

Coleman Opticians for sponsorship of the trophies & medals

Repro Arts in Great Yarmouth for the advertising banners

Great Yarmouth Road Runners for acting as marshalls

Persimmon Homes

Prizes in the 5k will be meals for two in Porterhouse Gorleston, SW1 Gorleston  Wetherspoons, Great Yarmouth. &

Cozies restaurant

180 people have so far signed up to take part and it promises to be a real spectacle.  Be part of this great event, 2k or 5k, the choice is yours. Sign up here
